Eligibility : Salaried / Businessman / Professional / Proprietary Firm / Partnership Firm / Pvt. Ltd. Company

Collateral Security : In case of loan amount above Rs.5.00 lakh - Registered Mortgage of immovable property

Hypothecation of Solar system to be purchased.

: 0.75% of loan amount

2.50% of the loan amount.

a) For salaried – Max 60% deduction will be allowed, b) For Businessman – DSCR should be 1.5 or above

Maximum 84 months.
